What do I get when I order a Santa Letter?
Each letter is cleverly written to include your child's accomplishments and any additional information that you would like for us to include such as sibling names, pet names, and friends. Along with the letter, your child will also receive a follow-up oversized postcard from Santa Claus as he relaxes on vacation after a busy Christmas season.
How will my letter be postmarked?
Although your Santa letter will be designed as if it's straight from the North Pole, all Santa Letters include the commemorative Santa Claus postmark. This postmark changes every year and is available exclusively from Santa Claus, Indiana.

When will my Santa Claus letter(s) be mailed and how?
All letters are mailed beginning on the mail start of December 1st, when the commemorative postmark becomes available. You'll be able to track when your letter(s) are mailed by visiting your order history online. If you've ordered multiple letters, you can select the order in which the letter you are inquiring about was placed and view all the letters in that order and their current mailing status. Letters from Santa Claus are mailed first class and are delivered to the recipient in three to five (3 to 5) days from the date they are mailed. We recommend placing your order at least three weeks before Christmas to ensure your child receives theirs in time for the holidays.
Will my letter(s) arrive before Christmas?
Absolutely! We make it a priority for each child to receive their Letter from Santa before Christmas morning so they know that Santa is coming to their house on Christmas Eve. If the letter that you ordered has not arrived within a week of Christmas, please email us right away so we are able to send another letter, as each year a few letters are lost in the mail.
If I order a letter for each child in my house, will they receive the same one?
No way! Each of our letters are personalized to each individual child. You can order letters for four different siblings and be assured that each letter will be different. We include as much personal information about each child that we receive from you, we want to make sure that each letter is as special as each child.
Is my personal information given out, shared or sold?
We do not sell, give out, or use your personal information for any other purpose than to write your letter and mail it out.
